Mushroom Soup

 

Ingredients:

10 oz mushrooms

2 oz margarine or butter

1 medium onion

1 clove garlic

1 oz plain flour

1/2 pint fresh milk

1/2 pint chicken stock

Method:

Finely chop the onion, melt the butter in a pan.

Add the onion and cook gently. Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the pan.

Cook gently for 5 minutes.

Shake flour in milk. Add the stock to the pan, add milky flour. Stir them together.

Liquidise in blender or leave whole.
